Job Title: Agency  Account  Managers
Africa  Broadcasting  Limited  owns  and operates  NTV  the number  one  TV  station  in Uganda . We are  a  subsidiary  of the  Nation  Media  Group,  which is  East &  Central Africa’s  largest multi-media  group.
Responsibilities
•    Manage  and develop  assigned  major  agency  accounts
•    To grow clients  spend  /advertising  sales and manage  their debt portfolio
•    Gather  market intelligence  and exploit  such information to develop advertising  solutions.
•    Develop and implement  the annual strategic   sales plan with the  section head
Competencies
•    Basic  University  degree
•    Diploma  in Sales  and Marketing  (added advantage)
•    2 years working experience . However, experience in the  media industry will be an  added advantage
•    Process a creative mind and be able to think outside the box
