Job Title: Project  Manager
The Ministry of  Public  Service  is inviting suitable qualified applicants  for the vacant post above.
Qualifications
•    MBA/Masters  Degree  in Human  Resource ,IT or  related field  with at least  15 years  experience  of which  5 years  should be  in similar assignments .
•    Project  management  certification.
•    Experience in  overseeing  implementation  of similar information  systems in  government  or large  private  sector  organizations IPPS type  implementations including  system design , implementation  and change  management  and quality assurance .
•    Experience  in project management  and coordination  of  public  sector  projects . Experience  in working  with  sector  reform  programs  will be  an added advantage .
•    Experience   management  of cross functional  teams .
Conditions
•    The  Ministry  of Public  Service  now  invites eligible  individual  consultants  to indicate their interest  in providing  the  services.
•    The assignment  will be  under  contract  for a period  of 12 months.
•    Interested individuals must  provide information indicating that  they are qualified to  perform  the services  by submitting signed and  dated  letters  of application and  curriculum vitae  with the necessary documents .
