Job Title: Chief  Manager HR
Centenary Bank  the  leading  Commercial  Microfinance   Bank  in Uganda .
Key  Results  Areas
•    Develop  and establish  and monitor  implementation of the  HR Business  Partinering  model in the  Bank  to  align the  HR  agenda  with business growth strategies .
•    Develop  , review , roll  out  and  monitor  the  implementation  of the  Banks  Performance Management  System  and  performance  culture bank  wide  , at  both  individual  and organizational  level .
•    Guide and direct  the activities  of HR  staff and  project  teams  to ensure effective HR operational  support to line managers
Qualifications
•    Bachelors degree  plus a post graduate qualifications in the  field of  HRM , Organizational  psychology  and/or  business administration . A masters Degree in the  relevant   field  is an added advantage .
•    Hands on experience  in HR Business partnering  and  in using  the  balanced  score  card  as a performance  management  tool.
•    Strong leadership and  supervisory skills  with  proven ability  in building , leading and  working with  teams .
•    Thorough and proven understanding of  best-in class HR  practices
•    Hands  on experience  in using  HR  information systems  and project management  for  business support
