Job Title: Agriculture and Business Development  Officer
Oxfam International  is recruiting  suitable  applicants  for the vacant post above .
The Role ;
•    To establish  and  build   and build  strong  linkages between  value chain  actors within  sesame  value  chain  and 
•    We intend  to work on other specified value chains while intergrating governance , disaster risk reduction/climate change  and  women’s  land rights .
The Role
•    The  Program  Officer  - Agriculture and Business Development will  deliver on  agribusiness  activities  of the program  and  technically support  the program partiners .
•    You will be part of  the  Kitgum program  team  and will  participate actively  in designing  interventions and business  models relevant  for  agribusiness development , providing  timely and on going capacity  building  and lead on  partiner granting  processes .
•    You will create linkages  with the private sector  and other  relevant  stakeholders such  as NARO, MAAF  and local  government  Agriculture  office , in order  to deliver effective  and efficient  multi-stakeholder  platform of value  chain actors .
•    You will ensure  that women are  at  the  centre of all  agribusiness initiatives  and disaster risks and  climate  change are addressed in the  program
