Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist Job at Ministry of Water and Environment in Uganda

Job Title: Monitoring  and  Evaluation  Specialist
  The Ministry of Water and Environment is inviting for qualified candidates to be recruited  for the vacant position above .
Responsibilities
•    Review  , customize  and ensure  application  of the  Program  Monitoring  and Evaluation  (M&E) indicators .
•    Participate in  preparation of  Terms  of Reference (ToRs)  for technical  consultants and  contractors .
•    Develop  and  coordinate  all  M&E  schedules to be  implemented by stakeholders handling  the  monitoring  function .
Qualifications
•    An  Honors  Degree in Statistics/Applied  Economics or  related  field from a recognized University/Institution.
•    A  Post  Graduate qualification  in Project  Monitoring  and Evaluation or  Project Planning and Management  is a must .
•    At least three years of experience  in  Monitoring and Evaluation.
•    Experience  in Water and Sanitation related  field will be an added advantage .
•    Experience  in Public  Sector Management will be  an added advantage .
