Education Specialist Job Vacancy at UNICEF Uganda

Job Title: Education Specialist 

UNICEF  Uganda is recruiting  qualified candidates  for the vacant position above .
Required  Qualifications
•    Advanced  University Degree  in  Education  , Social  Sciences  , or  a related  technical  field .
•    Five years  of responsible  professional  work  experience  at national  and international  levels in  Program  management  , monitoring  and  evaluation  in education  or related  field .
•    Knowledge  of latest  developments  in the  field  of basic  education  with  emphasis on primary  education
•    Fluency in English  required  and another  UN  working  language  an asset ,  knowledge  of local  working  language of the  duty  station  an asset 
Functional  Competencies
•    Formulating  Strategies   and  Concepts ; Analyzing ; Applying  Technical  Expertise  ; Learning  and  Researching;  Planning  and  Organizing.
