Job Title: Senior  ICT  Assistant
UNICEF  Uganda is recruiting  qualified candidates  for the vacant position above .
Required  Qualifications
•    Completion  of  Secondary  education  supplemented  with  formal  training  in Computer  Science or Business Administration  or computer  related  certification.  Formal data  networks  training  in  Cisco   or  higher  , other  IT  certifications
•    Seven years  practical  professional  work  experience in information technology  operations  and principles  , as well as  systematic methord  of  technology  operations  and principles , as well as  systematic  methords of  troubleshooting  and  analytical  problem solving , providing assistance  to  users  on  ICT  products  and services , and  use  of  applications  and  diagnostic tools . Good knowledge of Windows 7 and  MSOffice 2010 products. Practical  experience  with  various  computer platforms and applications .
•    Experience  in the  UN  system  desirable
•    Fluency  in English  is required  . Knowledge  of another  UN  language  is  an  asset .
