Job Title: Grants & Subcontracts Assistants , Private Health support program
Cardinal Emerging Markets USA , Ltd is seeking staff for HQ in Kampala.
Education
• Bachelors level degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Accounting , or related degree or certification)
Experience
• Previous experience of international donor-funded grants programs, especially USAID-funded projects
• 3 years of experience in grants , contracts or financial management
• Experience with performance –based financing mechanisms preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
