Job Title:  Learning  Assistants

Cheshire Services Uganda   is a local nongovernmental organization working  in the field  of  disability  and development .
Key Tasks
•    Ensure  children  with  disabilities  are  retained  in school .
•    Work with  teacher  to develop  and implement  girls  with  disabilities  individual  education  plans
•    Identify  the individual  education  needs  of girls  with disabilities .
•    Linking  up with  parents  of girls  with disabilities .
Requirements
•    At least  a grade  111  Teacher  Certificate.
•    Trainings   in  special  needs  education is a must
•    Knowledge of sign  language is a must .
•    Basic  computer skill  MS  Word  and  Power point
•    Good  report writing skills .
•    Training in child  protection is an  added  advantage
