Job Title: Legal   Officer
Uganda Development  Corporation  , formerly  established  by the  Uganda  Development  Corporation  Act  (Cap  329) of  1952  with the  objective  of  facilitating  the industrial and economic development of Uganda .
Key Role
•    Providing  legal  advisory  services/guidance  to the  organization  and participating  in negotiations  of  UDC  business  partnership ventures  and  in  any  other  negotiations .
Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s  degree (Hons)  in Law  plus  Post  Graduate  Diploma  in Legal  practice  with  good  knowledge  of company  law and  law  of contract.
•    Working experience  of at least  3 years  in the  relevant  field .
