Job Title:  Chief  Relationship  Officer
The Future  Options  Consulting  Ltd  is seeking to recruit  qualified candidates  for the vacant  position above .
Responsibilities
•    Develop  the overall  product , business  growth  and sales  objectives  and plans, and  monitor  performance  against  the  strategic  business  growth  plan .
•    Responsible  for the growth  of the bank’s  loan  portfolio, ensuring  growth  and quality  targets  are  met  at all  branches .
•    Carry out  business  development  initiatives  to seek  out  and target  new  customers  and new  sales  opportunities
Requirements
•    Bachelors  degree in  any field
•    Professional  training  in banking  and finance
•    7-10  years  of banking  experience  in credit  , 5 of which  should  have  been  at a  senior  or  middle  management  level
•    Good  communication skills
•    Analytical , problem  solving  and decision  making  skills
