Job Title : Senior Personnel Officer
Salary Scale: U3
Reports to: Principal Personnel Officer
Age limit: 21 years and above.

Duties:
* Carrying out recruitment and other appointments.
* Carrying out staff appraisals for purposes of rewards like promotion, training and better pay.
* Carrying out the functions of staff discipline and advice on the HRM matters.
* Facilitating staff and managing the welfare of staff in the Local Government.
* Engaging in preparations of departmental work plans and reports.
* Training staff for purposes of personnel development

Person Specifications:
* An Honours Degree in Arts/Social Sciences with a bias in Personnel Management or a degree in Social works and Social Administration.
* Human resources Management leadership and interpersonal skills.
* At least 3 years working experience in Human Resource Management.
