Position: APFS Assistants
Hands on experience in implementing the farmer field school
Duty Station; Based in Sub-counties

The APFS Assistants will work under direct control and supervision
The APFS Assistants will work under the Project Coordinator.

Job Purpose:
•Supervise the activities of the APFS facilitators as they carry out their duties.
•Provide technical back up on agriculture, livestock and liveli¬hoods to the APFS facilitators in each of the sub-counties of operation.

Academic back ground, Experience and Person Specifications;
•A minimum of a diploma in agriculture, or animal husbandry.
•At least 1 year in support to community based livelihoods programmes
•Fluency in English and the local Ngakarimojong language required.
•Innovative and creative, if possible with NGO background.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and ability to communicate fluently in the local language desired (Ngakari¬mojong)
