Applications should be submitted in triplicate on PSC Form 3 (Revised 2008) or ESC form 3 (1998), whichever is applicable. Please quote the reference number of the post applied for. Qualifications:
Should have a University degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Rural Development or Social Work and Social Administration and a postgraduate
Diploma in a related field.
Should have a working experience of not less than 9 years in the field of social development or community based services.
Should have a wide knowledge of community based activities and social mobilization.
Should have well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Should have the ability to train and motivate subordinate officers.
