Job Title: Sales Manager-Supplements
Ref: HR-A-12-2010-01
Reporting to the Advertising Manager, the jobholder will have the following responsibilities;
• Carrying out regular client list review and discussing with Sales Executives their daily plans, giving them guidelines and if necessary, accompanying them to sales meetings with clients.
• Carrying out regular sales meetings with staff to review sales progress and maintaining good employee relations to ensure the highest degree of morale and discipline and private results driven leadership.
• Liaising with clients and their business associates to facilitate publication of supplements
• Identifying new ideas for development into supplement sales, brainstorming them with the sales team and planning for their implementation-
• Maintaining close liaison with relevant departments and making monthly sales and collection reports to the Advertising Manager.
• Appraising staff, identifying their strengths and weaknesses and recommending appropriate training to develop and optimize individual talent.

Qualifications
The ideal candidates should have;
• Academics - Basic University Degree

Experience
Should have at least 5 years relevant work experience in a busy commercial environment or media company.
