Job Title:  Area Manager

Reports to: Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

-         Ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.

-         Develop and supporting strategies for billing all energy consumed and collecting all revenue accruing there from.

-         Build and maintain good relationship with stakeholders specifically ‘Key Customer’ services level agreements.

-         Ensure optimal use and security of all company assets assigned to the defined Area.

-         Develop operational budgets for the year based on the annual Corporate Business Strategies, monitor its implementation and recommended any variation to the budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

-         Degree in Business Administration or related Field or electrical Engineering.

-         Post Graduate training in a relevant discipline.

-         10 years relevant experience 5 of which must be in leadership position in a commercially driven environment with high standards business ethics.

Knowledge and skills:

-         Leadership skills.

-         Team builder and mentor.

-         Strong interpersonal skills.

-         Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.

-         Analytical skills.
