• First of all, keep a sheet close to you when you want to answer the call.
• Also, your CV, or a list of the things you have accomplished should be close to you to remind you as you talk
• Ensure that there is no noise when you want to receive your call. Go to a quiet place and receive your call.
• When you receive the call, ensure that you are standing for at least the first few minutes. This is because, there is a form of confidence and authority that comes with speaking while standing
• When you are receiving the call, ensure that you are an active participant in the call. Let your voice be warm and cheerful. If you are enthusiastic, believe this: it will seep through the telephone to your interviewer.

If you are vying for positions in the teaching or government sectors, then you cannot avoid this interview method. It can be pretty tense for you, so you might want to follow the following advices:
• Get business cards from each of the members of the panel, and arrange them in the same pattern they are seated. This would ensure that you do not make the slip of forgetting their names.
• Imagine a warm and calm vista you experienced before to calm yourself down a little bit.
• Since you can answer one question at a time, answer each question to the point to which you are satisfied.
Behavioral Interview :
In this kind of interview, your personality is being questioned and interviewed. A psychologist might be the one to interview you, and questions include hypothetical crises which you are asked to proffer solutions to. Keep cool, and endeavor to make your answers relate to your work experience and history and how you have effected change.
