Duties and responsibilities
Recruiting and retaining Smile Agents
Driving sales of smile airtime
Under taking demand creation and other promotional activities to stimulate airtime sales
Arranging agent and paypoint branding
Analysis and reporting of results
Applicants specifications
Minimum qualification of diploma or degree in a relevant field e.g Marketing, BBA etc
A field/sales oriented individual
At least 5 years working experience of which 2 years have been at managerial level
Experience within the Telecom or FMCG industry will be an added advantage
Computer literacy
Ability to work under minimum supervision
