15 Scholarships for Ugandans- Commonwealth Scholarships-

COMMONWEALTH SCHOLARSHIPS

The Commonwealth Commission in the UK is availing 15 scholarships for the Open University program of Master of Science in Development Management. This is a three year distance course. The scholarships commence November 2011.



Requirements

1. Candidates must be Ugandan or Kenyan nationals

2. Candidates must be employed by a development NGO agency working in Uganda or

Kenya for more than two years before starting the course. Government officials or individuals

working in ministries can apply for the scholarship.

3. Candidates must also have a good undergraduate degree although it is not required to be in a related field.

4. Highly motivated individuals and preferably working up country.



Application forms can be downloaded from www.kulika.org or requested from

kulikauganda@kulika.org Completed forms should be submitted via e-mail to

kulikauganda@kulika.org not later than 29th April, 2011. Clearly mark the subject reference as

CSC-OU Application-Uganda/Kenya (Use one). Applications received after this date will not be processed. We regret that we will not be able to contact unsuccessful applicants. Applicants who have not heard from us by the end of June should assume that they have not been successful.
