Job Title: District Health Advisor
Responsibilities:
• Serves as the district representative for the STAR-E project.
• Supports the project in two designated districts in the region.
• Established relationships with public and private sector representatives in the assigned districts.

Qualifications:
• A health professional with a master’s degree in public health.
• Additional postgraduate qualifications and training is added advantage.
• A minimum of ten years experience.
• Previous USAID experience would be advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
