Job Title: Deputy Chief of party for Operations ( based in Gulu):

Provide strategic supervision to program operations
provide competent guidance on malaria and IRS to ensure successful IRS logistics
Manage partners and project team

Requirements
Masters Degree in public administration, environmental management, business or operations management, or other relevant discipline, 10+ years of relevant experience, management of complex programs, ability to anticipate and solve problems, strong interpersonal communication skills, advanced written/ oral skills in English, knowledge of Acholi preferred)

Job Title: IRS Advisor/ Entomologist (based in Gulu)
Advise and ensure that all IRS entomological and epidemiological monitoring/studies for the project supported districts are planned, undertaken, documented and disseminated in atimely and effective manner
Contribute to capacity building of national entomology staff of NMCP and promote sustainability of the routine entomological work related to IRS
Develop guidelines and standard operating procedures where necessary, to ensure quality and high scientific standards in the entomology work

Requirements
Masters degree in public health, medical entomology, epidemiology or other relevant discipline, 8+years of relevant experience; ability to take initiative, make appropriate decisions and manage research teams and local partners effectively; advanced written/ oral skills in English; knowledge of Acholi preferred)

Job Title:Capacity building Manager(based in Kampala)
Lead project strategic vision for local capacity building
Advocate for strengthening IRS knowledge, skills, experience and systems among national partners at central and local levels
Work with stake holders and project partners to devise innovative approaches for building the capacity of national and district governments in IRS coordination and implementation

Requirements
Master Degree in Public health, education, sociology, public or business administration, communications, or other relevant field,8+ years of relevant work experience in policy dialogue, training, and capacity building in public health, excellent interpersonal communication skills, advanced skills in English and knowledge of Acholi preferred.


Job Title: Capacity Building Specialist (full-time/ consultant, Kampala)
Lead documentation of training courses on operations, planning, logistics, and M&E of IRS for local counterparts
Pre-test and revise training materials
Collaborate with stakeholders and project team to finalize the training products
Facilitate trainings of trainers on the developed programs

Requirements
Master degree in management, education;communications, 6+years of relevant experience; ability to write educational materials and technical reports; experience with adult learning techniques; strong abilities to develop, plan, implement, and facilitate trainings and workshops.
