Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Reports to: deputy Executive Director

Job Summary
Reporting to the Deputy Executive director, The monitoring and Evaluation Manager will in collaboration with various Organization staff participate in all monitoring, evaluation and planning activities of ICOBI programs. She/He will be responsible for collaborating with program staff in designing methodologies and scopes of work for the project monitoring and evaluation, documentation and dissemination of outcomes.

Key Result Areas
• Assist ICOBI staff in developing effective performance indicators and monitor their achievements
• Develop and align ICOBI’s monitoring and Evaluation strategic plan with the overall organizations business strategy plan and also review year plans.
• Provide technical M&E in development of annual, quarterly work plans and budgets and in development of new proposals.

Qualifications:
• Basic Degree in Social sciences, health sciences or statistics.
• Masters in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Development Studies or Demography
• Formal training in M&E is an added advantage
• At least 5 years experience in M&E with a reputable organization
• Excellent skills in computer applications especially data base management and various statistical packages.
