Job Title: Project Administrator
Essential Requirements:
- A University Degree in Administration, Business Management, or another applicable field
- At least 3 years experience; ideally in and NGO, medical or service setting, performing similar duties.
- Experience or training in Financial Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- proven abilities in Project administration, including the prioritization of tasks, setting timelines and record keeping.
- Assisting in project financial management within IDI guidelines through maintaining appropriate documentation, supporting budget preparation and monitoring
- Monitoring Project budget variances and providing due guidance on potential cost overruns
- Providing monthly and quarterly expenditure forecasts and ensuring that appropriate expenditure documentation and information is transmitted to partners on a timely basis.
- Coordinating all project logistics including procurement, transportation, shipping, storage and maintenance.
