Auditor Job in Uganda at Office of the Auditor General

Job Title: Auditor (40 Vacancies)
Reports to: Senior Auditor
Age limit: 21 years and above
Job Ref: ADM.56/136/01 Vol.3 (10/11)

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants should be Ugandans holding EITHER an Honors Bachelors Degree in Commerce, ( Accounting option), Business Administration(Accounting Option), any other related degree majoring in Accounting from a recognized University / Institution OR Professional qualifications like ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA, CPA, CISA etc. possession of both qualifications will be added advantage and distinctive advantage

Duties:
• Undertaking risk assessment and audit planning of public sector entities
• Reviewing and evaluating financial management and internal control systems of public sector entities
• Designing appropriate audit programmes for various public sector entities
• Documenting audits and preparing draft management letters and draft audit reports
• Any other tasks as may be assigned by the audit supervisor
