Reports to: Assistant Manager, Human Resource Management & Development
Age: 25 years and above

Terms of Service: Permanent terms.
Minimum Qualifications:
An honors Degree in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences with human Resource Management as a subject or Social Work and Social Administration. A post graduate in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
Working Experience:
Applicants should be able to take mature decisions and should have demonstrated ability, initiative and compliance in organizing work. The applicants should have had at least 3 years satisfactory service gained at the level of Human Resource Officer in government or at equivalent level in a reputable organization
Duties:
• Assisting in handling all human resource management issues pertaining to appointment, induction, deployment, confirmation, training, career development, performance appraisal, staff welfare, health and safety, employee relations and conflict management.
• Interpreting human resource management regulations and policies
• Monitoring implementation of agreed staff performance improvement plans
• Formulating and implementing HR work plans
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
