Job Title: Programme Assistant- Reproductive Health
Reports to: Provincial Health Coordinator (PHC)

Main Purpose of the Job:
The job holder will perform day-to-day implementation of maternal Health, Reproductive Health, strengthen uptake of modern family Planning services and overall HIV prevention in all church of Uganda Dioceses and medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and implementation of Maternal health, Family Planning, Reproductive Health and HIV prevention activities at supported facilities and Dioceses
• Provide on-going supervision of maternal Health, HIV prevention and reproductive Health services including family planning
• Coordinate mentorship of facility and Diocesan staff
• Participate in quality assurance/ quality improvement of HIV/.AIDS and Reproductive Health activities

Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in Social Sciences or Public Health, with a background in clinical medicine/Bsc.Nursing
• At least 3 years’ experience in program planning
• Experience with HIV/AIDS and Reproductive Health Programming
• Familiarity with district-level health care programs in Uganda
• Clinical experience in HIV/AIDS and Reproductive Health Management
• A practicing committed Christian
