Person Specifications:
An honors degree in Art/ Social Sciences with a bias in Personnel/ Management or a degree in Social Work and Social Administration
Human Resources Management leadership and interpersonal skills.
At least 3 years working experience in Human Resources Management at officer level
Duties:
• Carrying out recruitment and other appointments with the District Service Commission
• Carrying out Staff appraisals for purposes of rewards like promotion, training and better pay.
• Carry out functions of staff discipline and advice on the hrm matters
• Training staff for purposes of personnel development
