• Increase customer retention through cross selling of the relevant financial products and optimum build-up of the revenue
• Prepare annual marketing plans and strategies for financial products generation to enable achievement of targeted growth objectives
• Excellent customer service delivery
Key Perfomance Indicators
• Budget- Financial KPI ( Number and Value)
• Profitability
• Customer and business growth
• Quality of loan portifolio
Job Requirements:
A good first degree. Masters or other professional qualifications will be an added advantage
4-10 years experience in retail/ commercial (SME) banking
