Job Title: Retail Marketing & Commercial (SME) Officers
Reports to: Branch Managers
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive and deliver exceptional sales perfomance
• Participate in the preparation of annual marketing plans and strategies for financial products
• Excellent customer service delivery
• Implement and track customer financial plans
Key Performance Indicators:
• Budget- Financial KPI (Number and Value)
• Product Sales (Liabilities and assets in line with budget)
• Quality of loan portifolio
Job Requirements:
A good first degree, masters or other professional qualifications will be an added advantage
Experience:
2-5 years experience in retail/ commercial banking (SME)
