Job Title: Deputy Head Teacher
Reports to: head Teacher Grade 1

Job Purpose: to direct, monitor and evaluate academic administration programs

Person Specification/ Job Requirements
• Minimum of a diploma in primary education or the equivalent of this, from recognized institutes, a degree in primary education will be an added advantage
• Must have attended at least four workshops/ seminars and four short courses relevant to the profession
• Registered with ministry of Education and Sports
• Minimum of 10 years working experience

The application forms are obtainable from the District Service commission, Public Service commission or district personnel Officers. Hand written applications are also acceptable. Applicants should attach photocopies of their certificates and testimonials plus a recent certified passport size photograph to each of the three application forms or letters
