Job Title: Community Development Facilitators
Reports to: Programme Manager
Purpose of this Job:
Mobilize, guide and facilitate community development and management of child sponsorship and child well being in a designated Area Development Programme or Project in Compliance with Standards

Major Responsibilities:
• Mobilize and facilitate participation of children, communities, CBOs and local institutions in area development programme
• Identify, nurture, and build the capacity of local partners and networks and facilitate their participation in implementation of planned interventions and activities
• Facilitate monitoring of registered children in compliance with NO and partnership sponsorship standards

Knowledge, skills and Abilities:
• University degree and/or in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education or any other relevant field
• At least 3 years experience working with communities in a development
• Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving permit
