Job Title: Business System Analyst
Reports to: Manager Information Technology
Qualifications:
• Minimum of second upper Bachelor’s Degree in IT, computer Science or related field from a recognized University

Competencies and Skills Required:
• A minimum of three years experience in a dynamic IT environment
• Able to solve organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols
• Able to determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports, recommending action
