Job Title: Assistant Manager, Human Resources
Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Social work social Administration and any other related field
• Post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management
• MBA in HR would be an added advantage

Competencies and Skills required
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a dynamic Human Resources environment and in depth knowledge and practice of the Labor Laws and employment Act
• Able to plan and direct human resources functions and ensure maintenance of harmonious relationship between management and staff
• Must be a member of the Uganda Human Resource Association of Uganda
