Job Title: Claims Underwriter
Reports to: Manager Claims

Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in B.Com or/ and Insurance and Finance related qualification
• Certificate of proficiency in Insurance (COP)
• ACII or similar professional qualifications will be an added advantage

Competencies and Skills Required
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in the insurance industry preferably claims department with in-depth knowledge and practice of Uganda Insurance Regulatory framework
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application and AIMS software
• Must be able to work within minimum supervision
• Must have high integrity
