Job Title: Senior Assistant Town Clerk

Reports to: Township Officer/ Town Clerk
Minimum Qualifications:
• An honors Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work and Social Administration or Law or Commerce
• Certificate in Administrative law from a recognizable university
• At least 3 years experience as an administrative officer
• A post graduate qualification in relevant field is an added advantage
Duties:
• Coordinating the preparation and production of urban development plans
• Appraising, projects and supervising their implementation
• Coordinating the urban planning activities and production of sector plans in time
• Ensuring proper management of an up-to-date management information system
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of policy and prokgrammes implementation
