Job Title: Senior Planner

Reports to: Principal Treasurer
Minimum Qualifications:
• An honors Bachelor of Science in Economics, Statistics, quantitative Economics from a recognized institution
• Post graduate diploma in project planning and management
• 3 years of working experience in the area of planning in the public or a reputable private organization
• Should be result oriented, a team builder and able to communicate effectively
Duties:
• Formulating, developing and coordinating Urban Development Strategies, plans and budgets
• Monitoring and evaluating implementation of urban development policies, plans and programmes
• Coordinating the urban planning activities and production of sector plan plans in time
• Producing minutes of the Technical planning committee

Applications should be submitted in triplicate on PSF Form 3 which may be obtained from Chief Administrative Officers, Secretaries of District Service Commissions or Public Service Commissions of Kampala
