Job Title: Records Assistant

Reports to: Records Officer
Minimum Qualifications:
• An ordinary Certificate of Education(UCE) with a certificate in records Management from a recognized awarding institution
• Computer skills using word processing
Duties:
• Receiving, registering and routing incoming mails
• Opening personnel files for keeping information and closing them when due
• Filing personal information and routing to officers responsible for action
• Retrieving files as and when required
How to Apply:
Applications are invited from qualified Ugandans for the following posts that exist in Kasese Municipal council. Applications must be submitted to the Secretary District Service Commission P.O Box 250.
Applications should be submitted in triplicate on PSF Form 3 which may be obtained from Chief Administrative Officers, Secretaries of District Service Commissions or Public Service Commissions of Kampala
Hand written applications with detailed CV are also acceptable. Candidates should attach to their applications photocopies of their certificates and passport photographs
