Job Title: FRONT OFFICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Job purpose/summary
To establish and maintain a customer friendly environment and quick-quality service system at the OPD that promotes customer attraction and client satisfaction
To receive, guide and consistently attend to Hospital Clients in a responsive and receptive manner right from entry, stay and after service at the Private OPD
To maintain a close and effective interface with Clients at the Private OPD before service, during service and after service.
Minimum qualifications & experience
University Degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations or Social sciences plus a qualification or hands on training in Customer Care.
At least 3 years’ relevant working experience and exposure at a busy private health facility or Customer service oriented facility.
Age: 25-35 years.
