Job Title: Radio Manager
Reports to: Assistant Director, Disaster Preparedness and Response
Specific Responsibilities:
• Provides technical support of telecom environment which includes PBX, Modular messaging, circuits, voice portal, and voice recording systems
• Supports the installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of telecom equipment and radio call systems
• Operates the pactor system
Minimum Qualifications and Working Experience:
• University Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, extensive knowledge of voice communications technology
• Voice communication engineering experience in switch board management or PABX operation
• Should be mature with high integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality , approachable and upholds secrecy of correspondences
