Job Title: Branch Manager
Reports to: Regional Program Manager
Duty Station: URCS Entebbe and Nebbi Branches

Specific Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Oversees the design and development of project proposals from community needs assessment reports; branch planning, budgeting and implementation of activities in line with the branch plans and URCS Strategic Plan 2011-2015
• Works with the Branch Governing Board and program Managers to support planning and branch capacity building within the branch
• Represents the National Society in all networking, operations and other relevant events at branch level

Minimum Qualifications and Working Experience:
• University degree in primary health care, social Sciences, SWASA, Development Studies or Education
• Training in project management, community development, training in project management, community development, education, health, emergency, Disaster management
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
