Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Reports to: Outreach programme Senior M&E Specialist
Key Responsibilities
•    will be responsible for overall coordination of M&E aspects of the project with support from technical teams including the data manager
•    design, develop, and implement the project M&E systems
•    Identification or development of data collection tools for use by the project M&E systems

Education and Experience:
•    Bachelors Degree in Statistics, quantitative economics, health or social/ behaviour sciences or any other relevant field
•    A post graduate qualification in public health, project planning and management, monitoring and evaluation or any other related fields will be an added advantage
•    Good database management skills
•    Ability to work in a team environment
