Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Reports to: University Secretary
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall provision of human resource services and policies for effective and smooth running of the university
• Coordinate the recruitment, selection, induction and placement of staff
• Provide support to the line managers in management of human resource
• Oversee the administration of the human resource and budget
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, social sciences or development studies
• A masters degree in human resource or public administration is an added advantage
• At least 5 years experience in handling Human Resource affairs
