Job Description and summary
The HR & A Offcer will be responsible for providing value added assurance and support
- position will operationally report to the Managing Director and functionally report to the Group HR Manager in Nairobi
- Take overall charge of efficient execution of all country administrative issues
- Assistant in key HR activities at the country level
- Maintain accurate record management of staff data
- At least a Degree in Human Resource Management or related studies
- Demonstrate a strong ability to coordinate, prioritize workload and work under minimal supervision
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Human resource Management
- Computer literate
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Commitment to high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
- able to meet strict deadlines
