Job Title: Loan Officers
The primary responsibility of the Group Loan Officer is to undertake formation of solidarity groups, training of the groups, appraisal and assessment, loan processing, credit delivery and ensure quality portfolio on loans delivered.
The applications must be willing to expound values of honesty and commitment to target the market.

The Suitable person must possess:

• Diploma or University Degree from recognized institutions- in the following areas- comerce, social sciences, business administration and education
• At least 3 years relevant experience in the micro finance sector
• Proficient in various technologies ie MS Office, Excel, email
• Ability to identify and report priority issues to management and provide recommendations on the best possible solution
