Job Title:Regional Business Manager
Reports to: The National Sales Manager
Applicants must have:
- 5 years leadership of a solutions sales team within the telecommunications or FMCG sector
- Marketing degree or equivalent plus membership of a professional association
- Proven track record of consultative sales
- Ability to lead the corporate and SME decision making processes to create and deliver shareholder value based on Uganda Telecom's core competence
- situational and transformational leadership skills
- To deliver on set regional revenue targets in the following channels of business and ensure growth in each area
- To manage net work efficiency by monitoring regional site fuel allocation and ensure meaningful ROI on Regional sites OPEX
