Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Result Areas

• Conduct routine plant inspections and report out of normal conditions
• Perform all operating activities
• Administer the permit to work system
• perform administrative duties like logging of operations activities and updating of other operations records

Minimum Academic Requirements:

• Higher technical Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering

Persons Specifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Supervisory skills
• Good Report writting skills
• power plant knowledge
