Job Title: IT Technician
Reports to: Network Administrator
Reference No: EUL/IT/2012-2

Key Result Areas:

• Recording and responding to technical queries and issues from end users through the helpdesk system
• Providing first line support to end users in all aspects of IT and telecommunications delivery
• ensure timely dispatch/ installation of computer consumables
• communicating and ensuring the safe use of IT equipment and systems

Minimum Academic Qualification:

• Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Professional Certification in like MCP is an added advantage

Persons Specifications:

• Excellent communication skills
•  interpersonal skills
• Holder of valid driving permit

Minimum Experience:
Experience in a similar helpdesk environment
