Job Title: Community Development Officer

Accountability and Reporting:
the position holder will report to the Program Officer with a dotted line to the parents Executive Committee Chair Persons at Community level

Location: Community Field Offices of Mbuya and Kireka Communities

Job Requirement:

• A degree in Social Work and Social Administration, social sciences, Education, Community Psychology, Development Studies, Education, project planning and management & social developement
• 1-2 years community development experience with non-governmental or community based organizations
• Demonstrable experience in leadership, interpersonal relations and team building

Key Result Areas:

• Program Planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
• Child sponsorship production/ management
• Partnerships development/ lobbying and advocasy
• Resource Mobilization
