Job Title: Estates Officer
Scale: NMS 4U
Reports to: Head of Human Resource and Support Services

Purpose of the Job

• To perform maintenance of building structures, power plants, water and sewage systems, waste and disposal units, and developing architectural structures . He/she will be in charge of occupational Healthy Safety and Environment matters of the corporation

Key Result Areas of Estate Officer

• To perform maintenance of building structures, power plants, water and sewage systems, waste and disposal units, and developing architectural structures
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to the design specification and Standards
• Prepare bids for tenders related to civil engineering

Qualifications and Experience:

• an honors degree in civil engineering or its equivalent from a  recognized university
• A qualification in Occupational Health and Safety and Environment is an added advantage
