About this job

Our Client Total E&P Uganda is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the above vacancy;

Main Job Responsibilities:

    Maintain and update the company's tourism grievance management Procedure.
    He / she shall handle tourism grievances, distribute communication materials, organize engagement meetings with tourism stakeholders and train company staff on tourism related issues.
    Job holder will be permanently based in the Albertine Region, Exploration Area 1.

Qualifications and Experience:

    University Degree in tourism or equivalent.
    Minimum 3 years experience working in the tourism sector.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and prioritize job functions.
    Able to work efficiently and exercise sound judgement under minimal supervision.
    Proficient in MS Office.
    Good report writing and analytical skills.
